The Team

The team comprises three key individuals who are supported by Solicitors, Paralegals and Welfare Benefits Advisors.

Andrew Harding, who is a Senior Partner and Head of the Neurolaw Team heads the Court of Protection Unit. Andrew has acted as a Receiver for many years and has considerable experience within this field. He has been a member of the Public Governors Office Panel of Professional Receivers and has been invited to sit on the Office of the Public Guardian’s Panel of Professional Deputies Forum.

In addition to acting in the role of Deputy, Andrew Harding can also act as a Professional Trustee and offers professional advice and expert witness statements to other Solicitors and Barristers.

Specialist Support Services Manager, Kate Coles is a qualified Social Worker. Kate manages the unit has particular experience in the field of disability.

Maria Dillon is the unit co-ordinator and is responsible for all accounts, banking issues and much of the day to day running of the Receivership Accounts and liaising with the Court of Protection. Maria is a qualified AAT Accounting Technician.
